The Neo Reunion is an annual gathering celebrating the legacy of Neo, Chicago’s iconic alternative nightclub that operated from 1979 to 2015. The event brings together new fans, former patrons, DJs, and musicians to honor Neo’s enduring influence on music, fashion, nightlife, and alternative culture.
While Neo’s original patrons now span several generations, the reunion continues to attract younger attendees discovering the music and culture for the first time. As post punk, goth, darkwave, and alternative music experience renewed popularity among younger audiences, the event has evolved into a rare multigenerational gathering where longtime Neo regulars share the dance floor with a new generation of fans.
